My approach is creating end to end experiences that aims for the balance between customer needs and business objectives.
Objectives
Identifying the business problem and understanding customer challenges is always my first step in any project. I work together with cross-functional product teams to develop shared understand with customers, aligning expectations before shaping the project approach. My main objective during this phase is assessing and quantifying the areas I need to discover or influence.
User Research
Understanding the audience supports product teams to make better decisions. As much as possible, my projects begins with researching the people we are trying to connect with. I’ve created and validated user profiles (or personas) based on survey data, market research and qualitative user interviews.

UX Deliverables
After the business problem and customer problem has been identified and defined, I bring to the project my skills and experience to deliver solutions. The type of activity and deliverable will vary from project to project depending on the areas I aim to discover or influence.

Consulting, teamwork and leadership
I’ve worked hard to foster collaboration within my teams through involving all stakeholders into the journey. I believe this is at the heart of the process and important in achieving the best outcomes. I regularly facilitate open discussions and planning sessions between the product team and the wider business organisation.
